After opening the Muse app, make sure the physical sound controls of your Apple or Android device are turned up high enough. If you're using a wireless Bluetooth audio device, it’s important to pair it before launching the Muse app. If your audio is turned up, but you still don't hear any sound, this may be caused by the Apple or Android being connected to another wireless audio device, such as a wireless speaker. Try "forgetting" other Bluetooth audio devices connected to your device's Bluetooth settings. If you're able to hear audio through your device speaker, try reconnecting the Bluetooth devices to your device. PropertiesURL NameUsing-Headphones-with-MuseTitleUsing Headphones with Muse
