Enso and Your Data

Enso is the Muse app AI coach. If you interact with an AI Agent within a Muse product, your privacy remains our top priority. Enso uses data from your Muse device and app to offer a personalized experience. This includes:

• EEG and fNIRS signals (e.g., Calm Score, Alpha Peak, Brain Recovery Score)

• Session data and history

• Profile and app usage information

• Your interactions with Enso

Any insights or recommendations generated by Enso are based on your interactions and handled according to the same strict privacy policy that applies across all Muse products.

 

Delete Your Account and Data
