Click Subscriptions in the top left corner. Click Manage Subscription on the subscription you want to change. Click the active subscription panel. Click Cancel subscription. Provide your cancellation reason and click Confirm cancellation. Done! Your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of the term. If you get a Token Error message, open an incognito or private window in your browser, go to https://museaccount.choosemuse.com/, and follow the steps above. Refunding my Premium Subscription If your subscription was recently renewed unintentionally, contact Muse Customer Care.
