Go to https://museaccount.choosemuse.com/ Sign in with your Muse account using the same sign in method as your Muse app. Click Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription. What next for my Membership? There are no immediate changes!If you have an active Membership, you can continue taking advantage of your Membership perks for the full purchased term.Closer to the end of your Membership term, you’ll receive an offer to migrate to our annual Premium Subscription. Is my Muse from my Membership still covered under warranty? Yes! We will keep your warranty for your Muse S (Gen 2) device active so long as your Membership is also active.Members who are offered and agree to migrate to our Premium Subscription will maintain their warranty until they choose to cancel their Premium Subscription.Learn more about what’s covered under our warranty. Why did you discontinue the Membership program? Our Membership program was designed to offer the simplest entry point possible to introduce Muse to Meditation and Sleep practices.After offering this to our Canadian customers first, we received a lot of feedback! For example, we learned that offering the flexibility of purchasing a Muse headband without access to our premium features was more valuable to many of our customers. That’s one of the main reasons why we’ve chosen to reintroduce our hardware-only and premium subscription offerings.Moving forward, we’re working behind the scenes to continually refine our premium subscription offering to bring more value and perks based on the learnings from our Membership program!
