Subscriptions can be purchased from our website, either bundled with a Muse or stand-alone. Activate your bundled subscriptionActivate your bundled subscription giftActivating new subscriptions for active subscribersFamily sharing If you purchased your subscription directly in the Muse app with iTunes or Google Play, your subscription is automatically activated. Activate your bundled subscription First, find your activation email, sent to the email that was entered while purchasing. Open the activation email and click Activate Now. The activation code should already be there. Create or sign into your Muse account. Enter your details to create your Muse account (Sign In with Google or Apple is recommended) OR Click Existing User and sign in with your existing Muse account. Verify your email address if prompted. Enter your billing information to activate your annual subscription term. You will not be charged at this time. You need to enter a valid credit card when activating your Premium Subscription. You can cancel your subscription auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date. See our Cancelling My Premium Subscription or Membership article for instructions. Activate your bundled subscription gift Receive the activation email from your gift giver! Click the Activate Now button. (When activating gifts, you can use any email address.) Create or log into a Muse account. If you're new to Muse, click the New User tab and remove any pre-populated info. Enter your information and click the Sign Up button. If you already have a Muse account, click the Existing User tab and log in to link your gifted subscription. Enter your contact details. (You can remove any details that are auto-populated) Enter your renewal billing details and a valid credit card. You need to enter a valid credit card when activating your Premium Subscription.
