We stand behind our products! That's why we offer a 1-year limited warranty for any Muse headbands purchased from our website and other official sellers.

What does a limited warranty mean? 

Our warranty means that with every Muse headband we ship to customers, we will make sure it's free from manufacturing defects and functioning properly!

In case you receive a defective Muse within the 1-year warranty period, we'll work together to get you a functioning Muse as quickly as we can.

The warranty period follows from the date you first purchased your Muse.

 

What are the limitations? 

There are a few exceptions that you should know of!

Our warranty doesn't include Muse headbands that are open boxes or are purchased second-hand or from unofficial sellers.

Other exclusions include/may apply if: 

• Improper care or handling.

• Accidents (e.g. your puppy chews your band).

• You try to modify or repair your Muse independently.

• Use of the Muse headband outside of our general guidelines.

How do I get a replacement for my warranty? 

If you need a warranty replacement, contact our Customer Care team for help.

When reaching out, please share the following with our team:

• The issue you're noticing with your Muse. 

• Your original proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, receipt).

• Shipping address for replacements.
   

We may ask for additional information to help us process a warranty exchange!

 

Membership warranty

If you are a Canadian customer who purchased a Muse Membership between September 9, 2022, and March 1, 2023, this section applies to you.

Members who accept an offer to migrate their Membership to a Premium Subscription will maintain their active warranty until they cancel the Premium Subscription.

Members who opt not to migrate at the time will lose access to their active warranty.

Customers who re-activate a Premium Subscription will continue to gain access to our standard 1-year limited warranty with their Muse.
