Article DetailsArticle⚠️ Please be advised our team has identified an issue where some sessions are not uploading to the cloud, affecting the summary page and streak. Our team is aware and actively working on a fix.By completing the steps in this article, and continuing your sessions as normal, your Muse data should automatically update once the fix is in place. Troubleshooting Lost Data and Streaks When you complete a session with Muse, your session is uploaded to the cloud, and your data is compiled with past sessions to update your profile in the Muse app. This updates your streak, challenges, and other Muse app data. As a tip, information about your streak can be found on the Me screen in the Muse app.To make sure your data is uploaded and maintained: Download the latest version of the Muse app. Complete your session while online with strong WIFI or internet signal. If your streak or challenge doesn’t update, this usually means the session hasn't been uploaded to the cloud yet. It can take some time to upload a session. Typically, the Muse app will sync your data within an hour or when you complete your next session. If not, try to sync your data with the cloud by following these steps: Open your Muse app and sign in to your Muse account. Tap the Me tab. From the top of the Me screen, swipe down and release to start a cloud sync. Next, from the Me screen, scroll down and Tap Session History. From the top of the Session History screen, swipe down and release to start a cloud sync. Stay on this screen for two minutes while your data syncs with the cloud, then return to the Me screen to see if the session data has been updated. If your session data doesn’t sync on the first attempt: Sign-out of the Muse app and sign back in (to the same Muse account using the same sign-in method). Try the above steps once more to attempt syncing with the cloud. PropertiesURL NameTroubleshooting-Lost-Data-and-StreaksTitleTroubleshooting Lost Data and Streaks
