We recommend setting reminders for times that fit naturally into your daily or weekly schedule. Start small and grow! Creating practice remindersEditing or deleting practice reminders Creating practice reminders Would Muse be helpful to start your day or wind down? You can set multiple reminders for different days or times. Open the Muse app and tap the Me icon. Tap the Settings (gear) icon. Tap Practice Reminders to see a list of all your reminders. Tap Add New Reminder. Tap the time button to choose a time, and tap the days of the week icons to highlight when you’d like to be reminded. Tap Save Reminder when you’re ready. That’s it! You’ll get a notification on your phone at the time you chose, reminding you of your Muse session.Want to pause a reminder? Tap the toggle icon beside the reminder’s time to pause or restart it. Editing or deleting practice reminders If you want to change or delete a reminder: Go to the Practice Reminders section in your Muse app settings. Tap the reminder time to open the reminder. Tap the time button to change the time or tap days of the week icons to change when you’d like to be reminded. Tap Save Reminder when you’re ready, or tap Delete Reminder to delete it.
