Resetting my Muse password for Email Sign In

You can only reset your password using the Muse app if you signed up for your Muse account with your email. If you signed up for your Muse account with Apple or Google Sign In, see the section below on how to reset your Google and Apple Sign In password.

Steps to reset your password:

1. Open the Muse app.

2. Tap Sign In. 

3. Tap Forgot Password?

4. Enter your Muse account email and click the Send Instructions button.

5. When you receive the password reset email, click the Change Password button in the email.

6. Enter and confirm your new password and click the orange arrow.
    

Make sure you check your spam or junk folders if you don’t receive your password reset email within 10 minutes.

If you don’t receive a password reset email, you may have signed up for your Muse account with Google or Apple Sign In.

 

Resetting my Muse password for Google or Apple Sign In

If you created your account using Google or Apple Sign In, you won't be able to reset your password through the Muse app. Instead, you need to reset your password through either Google or Apple.

Click Continue with Google or Continue with Apple to sign into the Muse app.
