Go to the Me screen by tapping the Me icon. Tap This Week's Goal. Tap Next Week's Goal and choose the number of hours or minutes you're aiming to train in the next week. Tap the Set Goal button. Muse’s Weekly Goals always run from Monday to Sunday. If you need to make changes, you can always set next week’s goal. The current week is always locked. If you're starting a new neurofeedback training or sleep practice, we encourage you to start with a realistic and achievable goal and grow from there.Research shows that as few as three sessions per week can significantly improve sustained attention and reduce mind wandering, for example. Once you’ve got the rhythm, you can increase your goal to strengthen the habit. Completing challenges Challenges such as doing a session at the same time daily may help you build a more consistent practice with Muse in ways that will maximize the benefits of your mental fitness training. Here are a few key things you should know about challenges: There are 23 levels you can progress through, each with unique requirements that will challenge you to explore important aspects of building a practice with Muse. Tap Level # Challenge on the Me page to see your progress toward your current challenge, along with your completed challenges. Each challenge level starts when the previous challenge is completed. This is true even if you've completed the requirements for the later challenge level. For example, if you completed a 7-minute Muse session (Level 3) but are actively working on Level 1, you'll be challenged with completing another 7-minute session to earn Level 3! The full list of challenges is available to read through!
