Starting a Body SessionSaving Body Biofeedback ExperiencesUnderstanding your session results Starting a Body Session To find and start a Body session: Open your Muse app and sign in to your Muse account. Tap the Train tab. Tap Body under the Biofeedback Soundscapes section of the Train tab. Tap one of the soundscapes to download or play the content. Select a session duration and tap the Next button. Connect your Muse by Bluetooth (if not connected already) and tap the Start Session button. Saving Body Biofeedback Experiences To save or pin Body Biofeedback experiences to your Today screen for quick and easy access: Find and open the Body Biofeedback experience. Under the description, tap the Pin button to pin it to your Today screen. Done! It will now be pinned to the top of the Today screen, ready for the next time you open the Muse app! When you pin Muse biofeedback experiences (Training or Sleep), the Today screen shows the last completed session type (for example - Body: Wind Chimes) so you can quickly return to your favourites.To remove or unpin Body Biofeedback experiences from the Today screen: Find the Body Biofeedback experience. Tap the arrow or the Continue button to go to the Body Biofeedback experience screen. Under the description, tap the Unpin button to remove it from your Today screen. Understanding your session results Your Stillness session results map your body movement throughout the session. Body stillness graph After each session, the Body Stillness graph is divided into Relaxed and Active zones over the duration of your session. Active: represents noticeable movement. Relaxed: signifies periods of physical stillness and stability. Still%: measures the overall percentage you were still during your session. Tap the Still% to compare your performance for that session to your average over the last few sessions. Notice where and how you were physically during the session. Comparing your stillness percentage will help you gauge your ability to maintain a comfortable and stable position during the session.Looking to improve your Body session scores? While zoomed in, swipe left or right to scan through your graph. Body Biofeedback stats Another way to understand how your stillness changes over time is to look at your stats.These are displayed on the session graph or can be accessed in the Stats section of your session data page. Birds: When your body stays in the Relaxed state for an extended period of time, you’ll hear birds singing. Recoveries: When you go from Active to Relaxed, you will earn Recoveries to reflect a shift in your body movement Muse Points: You are awarded points for every 1 second you training. Other data You also see graphs for Mind, Heart, and Brainwave Powerbands data after each session. This can show you how your heart rate and mind are impacted by your posture and stillness. This data can help you identify trends in your cognitive performance over time, allowing you to make proactive lifestyle choices focused on your brain health.
